And that's the key difference. Those people want to help. We were just there to bring up bad memories for our own amusement. We didn't care what happened to people after they left our offices. Some people do seek us out, others are pointed in our direction, but most seem to come to us in the hope that we'll believe them. Half the time we don't even give them that satisfaction.
