She knows that I want a partner. Someone who thinks about me just as much as I think about her before we go doing something that could put the both of us at risk.

The only reason I tried to help you in the first place was because I knew it was what she would have done if she was there instead of me. I just feel lucky I learned that was a mistake without putting her in danger for it as well.
