"Not the kind of cardio I was talking about." Rude just smirks back. "But tussling is fine by me."

As they run Tim begins to sweat. His breath coming faster as he pushes himself to keep running at a decent speed. "You'll have..." He pants. Getting harder to talk as he runs. "...to show me."

Rude looks him over. Oh he would gladly show Tim exactly what kind of cardio he was talking about. But not right now. He had been serious about teaching him self-defence so it would have to wait.

Rude's breathing is coming a little harder as well, sweat starting to show on his face. This is a good warm-up for him as well. Eventually, he reaches over to slow down the treadmill, bringing them both down to a walk. "Some stretches and then we're good to start."

"Sounds great. I'd love to show you how flexible I can be." In fact Tim wastes no time at all. Hoping off the treadmill and laying down on the floor. Lifting a leg up and stretching it very high up in a rather suggesting way.

"Is every other sentence today going to be you flirting with me... Damn, that is flexible." Rude is a few seconds slower so by the time he steps off the treadmill he is treated to the full display. "Because let me tell you, it is working"

"Yes. Yes I am." He grins brightly before switching his legs around. "I'm glad to hear it's working. Now, are you going to teach me something?"

Rude nods and then gestures to one of the mats so they can actually get to work. Once there he he starts explaining the basics of how de-escalate situations, keeping distance and keeping on your feet.

"Alright. Have you done any boxing?"

Getting up, Tim heads over to the mat. He listens to all that Rude has to teach him. Taking it all to heart and nodding along.

"Nothing seriously. Took a couple group boxes classes once or twice at the gyms back home, but that wasn't a real lesson. More just an excuse to exercise my arms."

Rude nods at that and takes him through a few exercises. Rather than focusing on strength, he seems to focus on making sure Tim has the right technique when he throws a punch. And he does make sure to let his hands linger a little longer than he really has to every time he touches Tim.

To his credit, Tim does take this mostly seriously. He does want to learn some self defense, but when Rude lets things linger? Tim does his best to make the lingering last as long as possible. Sneaking little extra touches here and there when he can.

Eventually, Rude figures they both have had enough for one day. "Stretches and then we can hit the showers." He wouldn't mind seeing Tim naked, that is for sure. He starts the stretching nice and slow, making sure Tim can see how to do them. And so what if he flexes a little extra.

"You were pretty impressive honestly. I could see you picking this up fairly quickly."

Tim is a bit sore, but his vigor is still ready to go. He takes the stretching alright and he can really use it. "Oh, I know." He smirks. Not at all modest right now.

"The showers are big enough for two... or more here."

Rude just laughs at the lack of modesty, he is not at all surprised at that. The mention of the showers just has him smirking though. "Sounds like a good plan as long as you don't mind it being in public."

"Because you have a mark?" He brushes his fingers down Rude's throat where the submissive tattoo is. "I would be more than honored to fuck a man such as yourself in public." It's something he's not allowed to do with a dominant.

Rude tenses slightly as the fingers touch the mark, but he shakes his head. "Nah, just the fucking in public. And who says you're doing the fucking?" He raises an eyebrow, but there is a smile playing at the corner of his lips.

"Now that? That we would have to take in private." He runs his tongue over his lips very slowly. "Not that I would mind a private moment or two with you."

Rude's grin fades slightly. "Then I might have to disappoint you, I very rarely bottom. That too would have to be in private." But he looks Tim over, the grin returning. "I'd blow you anywhere you want though."

Instead of looking disappointed, Tim's face actually lights up. "Is that so?" He's trying not to sound too excited. "Maybe we will need to find someone a bit more private. It's been so long since I've found myself another top." He is usually very happy to be a dom, but Tim is a switch through and through.
