[Moving slow, Tim begins to tie Castiel's wrists together. He does it slowly so that Castiel does have a chance to tell him to stop if he wishes it. He doesn't think he will, but it is his first time. He could get overwhelmed.

Tim makes sure the rope is tight, but not comfortably so.] How's that, not too tight?

[ He flexes his fingers a little, giving an experimental tug, but not too much. He doesn't actually want to break out of his bonds. ]

Good. [Putting a hand on Castiel's shoulder he encourages him to lay back and get comfortable. He puts on a show of slicking up his fingers with lube before he starts to work the angel open.]
