He didn't seem the type to just give someone so much ammunition on him.
[There's an immediate reply to that seconds later]
Wait. No. I take that back. I thought it was Elias's manipulation and control over Jon that made him act against his self-interest but perhaps it is just Jon.
Afraid it will draw his attention? I think Jon does take Elias quite seriously but that he also thinks the responsibility of taking care of that threat is something he should do by himself.
Something he entirely unequipped to do seeing as how I think Elias has spent a long time grooming Jon.
More worried talking about him too much will ruin my breakfast and I had some very delicious eggs and toast this morning.
Hard to stop a man who feels the need to keep standing in the middle of traffic no matter how often you tell him to stop and wait for a red light first.
The eldritch thing is something fairly new to me since showing up here in this city. Still if you want to meet up I'll answer any questions you have. [This Tim isn't big on secrets.]
[Tim gets the impression that this Tim isn't going to have a lot of the answers he wants but it's still nice for someone to be more forthcoming than others]
[Tim will pull up outside the provided address on time riding his shiny, well cared for Kawasaki style motorbike. He'll stay on the bike, leaning against it until he sees Tim exit the building.]
Not a push bike at all! [He says with clear excitement on his face.] That's a very nice ride! So where would you like to take it for us to get lunch from? My treat? [Seeing as he was a Dominant after all.]
Ha! [Tim can't help but laugh.] I bet you did. Wait-- did you actually get him onto it? Because that I might find hard to believe! [He easily catches the tossed helmet. Shoving it onto his head and then seating himself onto the back of the bike.]
I did! I actually felt awful after because he looks like he was going to pass out cold from fear.
It was lucky we were already going out for tea because he drunk it like a normal person would need a hard drink after that kind of scare.
[Tim will kick up the stand and call back to make sure Tim is ready before he revs up and takes them off. He zips through traffic and around obstacles without any fear at all. He's at least sure that Tim can take it. He'll drive them up to one of the LIER owned establishments, Subversion.]
Ah, he'll get over it. That guy could use some fresh air in his lungs and he could have said no. Good experience for him! I just wish I had been there to see it!
[He grabs onto Tim's waist. Shouting loud enough for him to hear.] Ready!
[And unlike Jon, Tim can indeed handle the ride. Jumping off with an exhilarated cry of joy.] Whoo! That was fun! I always kinda wanted to learn how to ride one of those. Certainly can get you around a city a lot faster!
I'm glad you weren't. I didn't like seeing him like that and I don't think he would have appreciated someone else witnessing it.
[Big Tim's joy at the ride just reassures Tim that he's made an okay decision this time and he makes more risky turns and speeds faster, just to hear him cheer]
I can, and I can also teach you how to ride if you really want?
He's survived monsters and killer worms. You would think a little bike ride would be nothing for him by now! [Tim says that but he knows better. They were pretty different things.]
Really? Teach me in a way that would keep me from breaking my neck? Because that does sound pretty fun! [Cheer he does at those fun turns just for Tim. He deserves it.]
As I said to him, fears aren't really rational though are they? and he said he's fine with Alessandro's sidecar so apparently it's just my driving that's terrifying.
[Tim smirks at the joke, even though he had been really worried about Jon when he realised how terrified the man was. And he had explained the flashback that had been triggered by the ride. He's not sharing that with this Tim though]
Well, I'm not going to teach you in a way that has you breaking your neck so I guess not dying is the only option.
I will not say no to payment. One of the most annoying things about this city is how hard it is to get the resources needed.
[He's so used to having an almost bottomless amount of resources and access to gadgets. Even if he has had two years to adjust, he still wishes somethings were easier]
Shall we head inside though? Start with you treating me to lunch.

And perhaps on Jon too since you seem to have such a strong opinion.

I'm hoping you have a spare helmet because I don't have one.

You satisfied that this isn't a push bike?

But of course, it's your treat. They're not going to serve me.
[He tosses Tim the second helmet attached to the back and puts his visor down. A clear sign for the man to hop on]
