"Getting laid would be a pretty decent work out." He says this while bending over. Even swaying his hips as he "stretches" out his limbs while giving Rude a clear view of his toned backside.

"True, but it doesn't help you learn self defense. How about this, impress me and I'll buy you a drink and we see where we go from there?"

"Better not be anywhere native run. They wouldn't like you buying me a drink." He says feeling absolutely confident he's going to impress Rude as he begins his warm up on the treadmill.

"Fair point. Impress me and I'll let you buy me a drink." Rude winks and gets up on the treadmill next to him and begins his own warmup. "You got anywhere you like to go?"

"Yes sir. So, should we grease up and wrestle after a warm up?" They were suppose to be learning self defence, but he's trying to get Rude riled up.

"Tim." Rude sounds more amused than anything. "That is not why we are here. You're just lucky I am used to handling brats." He reaches over at ups the speed on Tim's treadmill. Punishment.

As the treadmill speeds up, Tim handles it well. Picking up his pace easily enough as he starts to pant a little as he banters. "Are you? Then I better up my game." While still running, if Rude is close enough, Tim is going to try to sneak and steal a kiss.

Rude's actually surprised by the kiss, and he blinks before he blushes and turns back to his own machine and turns up the speed to match Tim's For a minute or so he is quiet, processing.

"If you're too much of a brat I might actually have to kick your ass instead of teaching you."

"So you liked the kiss then?" Tim says between panting breaths. "Pretty good, right? I can do so much more than that."

"I bet you can." Rude just smiles and shakes his head to himself. Yeah he had liked the kiss, and that was a tempting promise. "Sounds like you're angling for a cardio workout today"

"Cardio gets dull. What about something with more tussling?"

"Not the kind of cardio I was talking about." Rude just smirks back. "But tussling is fine by me."

As they run Tim begins to sweat. His breath coming faster as he pushes himself to keep running at a decent speed. "You'll have..." He pants. Getting harder to talk as he runs. "...to show me."

Rude looks him over. Oh he would gladly show Tim exactly what kind of cardio he was talking about. But not right now. He had been serious about teaching him self-defence so it would have to wait.

Rude's breathing is coming a little harder as well, sweat starting to show on his face. This is a good warm-up for him as well. Eventually, he reaches over to slow down the treadmill, bringing them both down to a walk. "Some stretches and then we're good to start."

"Sounds great. I'd love to show you how flexible I can be." In fact Tim wastes no time at all. Hoping off the treadmill and laying down on the floor. Lifting a leg up and stretching it very high up in a rather suggesting way.

"Is every other sentence today going to be you flirting with me... Damn, that is flexible." Rude is a few seconds slower so by the time he steps off the treadmill he is treated to the full display. "Because let me tell you, it is working"
