I'm sure he'd appreciate being able to explain himself. He made a deal with Elias to get me out of prison against my own wishes, but I'll let him tell the details of that deal personally.
I only found out because Elias saw fit to rub my face in the cost of my freedom. I don't know what he was thinking, but he couldn't have been thinking clearly.
[His amused, playful smile doesn't completely go away but it does dim a little. Sliding a little ways toward regret.] My brother Danny actually. He got really into cooking for a little while. Dragged me to a few lessons and some of it actually stuck with me surprisingly enough.
Of course he did. Why do bad guys always have to love gloating? [Although he's never noticed her gloat--no. Nope. Not going to think like that right now.] Martin has gone again. Not sure if you've heard, but from what I understand he's Jon's sanity.

[Tim shakes his head.] No. It's alright, I suppose that it's an old story now. It's just hard not to miss him. Danny is-was a really great guy. [He turns off the heat.] So hopefully I won't shame him with what I've made for you.
My name is Tim Stoker. And may I please have the name of the beautiful angel that has graced my phone? Although I am happy to label this number as Heavenly Angel in my phone if you prefer not to share.
I didn't sign the first contract at all but no we are luckily not permanently contracted.
She knows there's little point in killing people at the very least. So far, I haven't heard of anyone who doesn't return and she seems not to want to invite the vengeance of the wrong person.
He didn't seem the type to just give someone so much ammunition on him.
[There's an immediate reply to that seconds later]
Wait. No. I take that back. I thought it was Elias's manipulation and control over Jon that made him act against his self-interest but perhaps it is just Jon.
